Every good cooking class starts with very fresh ingredients. So you will start your cooking experience by collecting fresh and raw ingredients directly from the garden near the villa. You’ll pick up fresh tomatoes, vegetables and aromatic herbs for the sauces, enjoying a very relaxing and charming experience. Those fresh seasonal ingredients give to your recipes a really unique taste.
You will have the chance to cook in a very traditional way, learning the most famous and flavor recipes of Tuscany directly from locals.
The chef will explain you all the secrets and the necessary steps to combine raw ingredients to create real Italian fresh pasta by hand, with fresh eggs. You will learn how to prepare genuine Italian tagliatelle, gnocchi or ravioli, recipes that you will easily re-create at home for your family and friends.
A good Italian lunch must include a dessert, and you will learn how to prepare one of the most famous Italian one: the Tiramisù. This dessert is easy to prepare (doesn’t even need cooking in the oven) but it’s really delicious.
The best part of the course is eating everything prepared by you. Bellissimo!
You will have a lunch with the master and your classmate enjoying the dishes you prepared. Obviously, a good glass of Tuscan wine will complete your exclusive tasting experience.
